Visit the Chapel of Nossa Senhora da Vila Velha - Frontier

The Chapel of Our Lady of the Old Town, located in the parish of Frontier, introduced
interior of nave with barrel vault and chorus on the porch. The whole body of the chapel is decorated with. The ceiling of the chapel is all painted, the panels being divided by stripe showing couplets. The original chapel was founded around 1226 and has been refurbished in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.
