Visit the Church of Our Lady of Miracles - São João da Madeira

The Church of Our Lady of Miracles, located in São João da Madeira, was inaugurated on November 6, 1938, at a ceremony presided over by the Bishop of Porto. It is located in a green space called Nossa Senhora dos Milagres Park, one of the most appreciated urban parks in the city.
It refers to the Neo-Romanesque period, having on its façade an image of Christ crucified in marble. Inside the temple there is a wooden image of Our Lady of Miracles.

Visit the Building of the Paços da Cultura - São João da Madeira

The old building of the Paços do Cultura of São João da Madeira, was the old building of the Paços do Concelho.
It was inaugurated on May 21, 2005 and has several branches. An auditorium with about 200 seats, a café-concert, an Internet space and an area reserved for outdoor events. It also has exhibitions galleries while in the second there is the Memory Room.
This is where the Historical Archive of the City works where the most relevant documents of the City's history are available to the public
