The Chapel of St. Sebastian, located in the Parish of Long, is of religious architecture, Mannerist longitudinal plan with simple and choir. Torn from the main facade portal yard line, flanked by gabled windows and shot at. Elevations bounded by pilasters with pinnacles, ripped the right side, through the back door. Coverage false barrel vault, and downed wood neoclassical polychrome wooden altarpiece, with reuse of some rococo elements. Pulpit in the Gospel side.
