The Monument of the Rotunda do Sabor, located in the Parish of Santa Maria, is on an arch above a water mirror, to remind you of a bridge, on which is placed the emblematic sculpture: three figures, representing inhabitants of the region, accompanied by three donkeys loaded with "sacks of coals and charcoal, sheaves of heather, products of the earth and other goods that the Rural World provided to supply the city."
