The Chapel of Nossa Senhora da Alegria, located in the Parish of Almalaguês, has a longitudinal plan, consisting of a nave, a chancel and a sacristy attached to the left side. It was built in 1634, featuring features of mannerist and baroque architecture. Inside, highlight to some eighteenth century tiles that line the walls of the chancel, depicting scenes from the life of the Virgin Mary.
