The Pillory of São Vicente da Beira is located in the parish of São Vicente da Beira. It is classified as a Property of Public Interest.
This pillory should date from the time when D. Manuel I awarded the town with its second charter card in 1512. It rests on a circular three-step punch, and is made up of an eighth section shaft surmounted by a pyramidal shot. Each face of the pine cone has a heraldic bas-relief: the national shield, a ship with two crows (symbol of St. Vincent), the pelican and the cross of Avis. At the top is a rooster-shaped weather vane.
