Quinta das Sesmarias is currently a rural tourism space and is located on the urban outskirts of the village of Alcains, being a property with 3.5ha that maintains the rural characteristics of the early twentieth century. The first construction dates back to 1928 and was recovered in 2002 in the form of a dwelling.
