The Mamoa de Lamas is a megalithic monument located in the parish of Lamas. The monument dating from the Neolithic period (approximately 3000 BC), has the average size of a mamoa. It covered a dolmen of which there remain only three lages conserved in the place, being the remaining ones in the surroundings of the mamoa.
The Lamas Mamoa is part of the Lamas Museum Nucleus.
