Typical Brufe village is located on the right bank of Bayou Vilarinho das Furnas northwest of Campo do Geres. It saves the streets and traditional homes.Its position, the half-slope, the Village transforms into a belvedere. The recent road which crosses the wall of the dam allows the direct connection between the two towns, allowing then to Ponte da Barca or the Lindoso.
